Like micro-needling with a pen, RF micro-needling can also be enhanced by adding PRP.   PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a procedure which takes a small sample of a patient’s blood and purifies it through a centrifuge to isolate the platelets.   This solution is then absorbed into the skin through the micro-holes produced by the micro needles.    PRP stimulates blood flow, regenerates tissue, increases collagen growth and provides naturally smooth and tighter skin.    PRP combined with RF micro-nedling is very effective in addressing scarring and stretch marks.
